Mistakes

There were some mistakes when i worked individually. But when i worked in group no much mistakes were found as we discussed the answers in group and wrote.

Already learnt

a.       If a sentence includes more connector words, then it is a simple sentence.

b.      We can repeat the words to make the sentence simple.

How can i apply this in my blog posts

            All these chapters we knew to make sentences once again to make sentences using images and connectors. Transfer thoughts to others other mind. Now its all set that you re continuing the same goal with a view to make your listener clear and never confuse and to retain. 

How can i apply this concept

            While framing sentence we build in picture in that in case its clear we leave it alone if not simply the sentence more so that it directly sets the reader. So we can be simplified by separating more crowded words for effortless understandable and connecting new units together with the connecting words ., it must be clear , predictable and complete so that it must lead reader to understand what exactly you wanted to say.

New things that I have learnt from this chapter

-  Each of our sentence needs to have only enough words in it to be understood.

-  Effective, good, working sentences need only  have one word.

-  Even if here is no single actor or action we can understand them, because they make a sense.

Concept which i already knew

            I believe that English is the only language which can be easily spoken and which can be modified easily when speaking. The length of the sentence must be decided by the speaker and the extent of talent he has to make it interesting.

Mistakes  made during solving the problems:

-  Confused with connecting words while framing the sentences.

-  Confused while shifting from one image to other image.

Concept from which i corrected the blog

            In this chapter will see how this sentences benefits us for the flow of thought and how to adjust the length of sentences to make much clear simple. Only a word which doesnot make is said to be on sentence because it doesn't gives any sense.

How can it applied

           It can be applied in all my subjects. A sentence should contain the meaningful words that the sentence should contain the enough words in it to be understood .

How to build understanding into every sentence you use

        

            This chapter is all about what are the types of connector which we can use after each sentence, how to use them. What is its importance etc .There are mainly 3 kinds of connector. We can use two or more of them. But we must use at least one such type of connector.

            Three types of connectors are: Linking connector, Condensing connector, Non-word connector (Punctuation, marking)

New things that I have  learnt from this chapter:

-It is important to give our listener as much as thought as we feel is adequate at that time.

-  How to link your sentences together:

The fourth chapter provides insight about the connectors. There are three types of connectors they are, linking connectors, Condensing connectors and non-word connectors.

-  I already knew how to speak and write good English, but this chapter made me to understand more clearly by using connectors.

How to build understanding into every sentence you use:

          This chapter explains about the extent of understanding, and the ways through which the message can be conveyed meaningfully. Here the proper use of picture words and connection words is used.

Understanding:

           When I explain something to someone, I would be very clear and I will explain with lots of examples. Then I noticed that people were not able to follow me. They couldn’t completely understand what I was saying. Now after reading this chapter I started to focus more on picture words, so that the same picture enters the mind of the listener and it would lead to better understanding.

 About Understanding.  The way of conveying the thoughts.

Things already known

a.     1st Images comes to mind.

b.     Images play major role in mind.

c.      Clear sentences.

How can i apply this concept

I consider this chapter as just the extension of the previous chapter. It explains how to communicate by providing better understanding.

b         b. Sentence it express thoughts to others and make understand in simple way.

     c.  Connecting words not only connect the words but connects the next sentences .I learned to Picture the thoughts

            This chapter helped me to express my thoughts. I found the mistake that I was making when I speak. I was not completing the sentence. I will know what I am speaking but I never thought whether the listener is able to understand my view. So when speaking about some incident, I learnt to get back to that situation and imagine that scene.

I learned how to put the topics together to write a sentence:

            It is very important to frame sentences to speak. The most common error which people make when they speak is the grammar mistake. Using just two rules to speak and write English will be of immense help to all those who have difficulty with the English language. The second chapter emphasises on the use of the picture words and connecting words to frame a sentence.

Examples:

The examples given in this book is greatly helpful to understand clearly. The given example is very simple that is “Yesterday I hit Harry”. Then the modification and more clarification and details added to the example make us clear.     

Connecting words:

I already knew the use of connectors. But this book gave me a better understanding about it.

a.       Connectors used by everyone to express thoughts more clearly.

b.      Without connectors sentence cannot be completed.

c.       Connecting words gives detail about the situation.

This chapter made me more active as I came across many questions. As stated earlier the simple words helped us to understand the book better.

Chapter 1

The Brilliance of Breakthrough

Chapter 1

            The first chapter in “The Brilliance of Breakthrough” by Eugene M. Schwartz. The first page of the book begins with the sentence “How to talk and write so that the people will never forget you” inspires us to read the book with a challenge. It also tells how to communicate well in English.

I learned about the Picture words:

            In the chapter there are many picture words which are still running in my mind. There are the words which draws a picture on our mind as soon as we hear it. These words are simple as I learnt it in my lower classes, but not thought about it so much. There are questions in it, when I read the chapter I thought picture word is so simple but not that easy to write the answers for the questions which are at the last of the chapter.

I learned about Grammar in detail:

            As per my knowledge, many find difficult to speak good English. Even when I speak I think whether it is right or wrong. In short I can say that I always think before I speak. But this book says to forget all parts of speech such as Noun, Pronoun etc. which is very unusual. For some extent I can say that I agree with this book.

Sentence:

            Framing sentence is not that easy. The examples given in this book is very simple and understandable. The words in the book are also not very complicated for the readers. The sentences are beautifully framed. When writing my old blogs I was just typing what came to my mind. But I started to picture the thoughts that came to my mind. 

I learned to connect words:

            These are the words which are used to frame a sentence using picture words. Even this sounded strange and funny in the beginning. Because learning to speak well with just two rules in mind is just impossible. But when I thought about it I realized it is true. Picture words include everything and using connecting words makes it a complete sentence.

Parts of Grammar:

            The first chapter introduces two new parts of Grammar which I have already heard but which I have never thought off. The two parts of Grammar mentioned here are: Picture words and connecting words.

            The first chapter gives an explanation about what the picture words and connecting words are. It is very helpful for many of the beginners because I can say that it is one kind of base of our communication knowledge. And it is easy to understand.
